Aunt Lucy,
"I thought of you with love today but that is nothing new.
I thought of you yesterday and days before that too.
I think of you in silence as I often speak your name.
All I have are memories and your picture in a frame.
Your memory is my keepsake with which I'll never part.
God has you in His keeping. I have you in my heart."
I still can't believe you're gone. I lost a piece of my heart the day you passed. You were such a huge part of my life. I will cherish all the happy memories that we shared. You will be greatly missed. I will love you always and forever. Until we meet again.

Dear Paolella family~
Lucy was the epitome of kindness. A gentle soul, who in her quiet way, touched many...I will always remember her warm smile, seeing her at 8:30 mass at SVC, many mornings.
May she rest peacefully.

Lucy was a sweet, kind and lovely person. Last time we saw her was in 2005 at our Tamburri family reunion with several of her siblings. Our Lord has His arms opened wide for her!! Along with her parents and Sal greeting her in paradise. Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord. And let perpetual light shine upon her. May Lucy rest in peace. Amen. Jay and Donna (Tamburri) Kasmer

To the Paolella Family, We were saddened to hear about Lucy. She was a kind caring person who was easy to talk to and a pleasure to know. Along with her great love and devotion to family and friends was her love for all animals, those with homes and those without. Lucy always had a few treats in her pocketbook for any furry friends she might meet. Our dog Rusty would see her coming from a mile away. We have all lost a wonderful person and the Mets have lost their most loyal fan. Lucy will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time. Love, Tom, Anna, John Cerutti and Family

Lucy, You were a wonderful big sister and when your parents died a mother to your younger siblings. You always thought of others before yourself. I can't envision a holiday gathering without your lasagna center table, your goodies from Trader Joe's or your gifts of scratch offs lotto cards. You never showed up anywhere empty-handed. It was incredible how lucky you were at bingo, poker, the lottery and even Super Bowl pools, but we were lucky too to have you as our sister. You demonstrated your love everyday by your generosity and faithfulness to family and friends. You will always be with us and we will love and miss you forever. YSIL Denise
