Desde que conocí a Gonzalo en los años 80 me causo una muy grata impresión: un hombre amable,cordial y muy amoroso con su familia que comenzaba a formar,compartí con hechos memorables como fue el nacimiento de su segunda hija Alexandra y pudimos compartir desde entonces innumerables momentos y viajes siempre agradables . Nunca dudo en ayudar a alguien (aunque no lo conociera bien) ,le agradezco mucho las veces que nos recibio en su casa cuando íbamos de visita y como atendió a mis hijos cuando lo necesitaron . Nos harás falta mi querido primo ! Les comparto la foto de su último viaje a su querido país El Salvador .

Mi tio Chalo fue una persona espectacular. Una persona generosa, de gran corazón y muy buen humor. Siempre orgulloso de sus hijos, poniéndolos en alto. Tuve la dicha de compartir y conversar con mi tio Chalo mas de lo que imaginé. Estaré por siempre agradecido con usted y mi tía por sus finas atenciones. Recuerdo cuando me saludaba ocasionalmente ‘que paso campeón?’ sin yo realmente serlo. Tenía la facilidad de siempre hacer sentir bien a su prójimo, con simples detalles y comentarios. El campeón verdaderamente fue usted. Ha partido dejando a su familia triunfante, hijos y esposa y un legado de familia y amigos que le estiman mucho, por siempre. Chalo was a great person, he was very funny, kind hearted, loved to dance, loved to sing in every party! My husband remembered when Chalo taught him how to drive in El Salvador( my husband was only 11 years old and he will sit on his lap and Chalo will tell him drive lol ) I'm sure it was in a land where there were no cars at all! You will be missed!! RIP

Chalo was a big part of my childhood and I will always remember him as the life of the party, always up for a good dance, (he specifically liked making my mom do La Caida de La hoja-LOL), he was consistantly funny, witty and a person that always found humor in any and all stories and situationsno matter how serious the situation (I can see AnaMalia's looks when he was on a roll-LOL). That's talent people and the best way to live, in my humble opinion. As an adult, I try to surround myself with people that enjoy life, just like he did. RIP Chalo! With love, Suzy & Family
