Deborah DRUMM posted a condolence

Although I have never met Mr. Kilcoyne, his daughter Kathy spoke highly of him, always with a gleam in her eye.
Kathy is my friend and colleague, I am so impressed of how she dedicated all her spare time, taking care of her Dad. She is a dedicated daughter who is a role model for children everywhere. We only get one chance of caring for our elderly parents and Mr. Kilcoyne was a fortunate man. He must have been a wonderful father. I am sorry for your family’s loss.
Fondly, Deborah Drumm

Our visits with Neil and Peggy were always special, and they always had a new Card Game to share, which even John enjoyed !

Will always fondly remember the annual visits of Uncle Neil and family from NJ to Elmira. Lots of great picnics and softball games up at Sullivan's Monument.

I knew Neil from our time at The Ohio State Research Foundation in the 60's. Always an intelligent, fun loving, helpful, and above all an enigmatic character ready to surprise anyone with an off the wall action or response especially to anyone too full of themselves. In later years we have been separated in distance but I always would get a smile when his name would come up and enjoyed our rare reunions with Neil and Peggy. William Kavage
