Dear Bermel Family, I only known Chuck, Charles’ son, as he is my daughter’s mail carrier. I am at her house a lot and get to see Chuck. He told me about his father’s stroke and we all prayed for his recovery. Chuck is such a great guy (we and my daughter’s dog) love him! I can see by the video how loved and special his father was to his entire family. How wonderful it is to have a tribute like the one you made! I hope I am as great a grandma as Charles was as a grandpa. My prayers and thoughts are with you. Joan

Hi Joan- What heartfelt kind words you wrote. I am Chuck’s wife Cindy. It really means a lot to us all what you wrote. He was the patriarch of our family. He gave us his unconditional love, support and laughs along with memories that will last us a lifetime. Chuck is so much like his dad in many ways. Many customers on his route have been so supportive and sympathetic of his dads passing. You will be an amazing great grandma and make lasting memories

Remembering well our kind, loving, full of humor uncle. . . My greatest heartfelt memory was seeing his commitment to his mom, wife, children and family. I will always remember being a surprised ten year old seeing a large band aid on his blue Pontiac, how he mimicked the army man on laugh-in and how he always had a joke and enjoyed making others smile.
