I've just learned of Dan's passing, a day late otherwise I would have definitely have paid my respects to his memory, and to his family, to which I'm very sorry. I first met Danny when I joined Pershing in 1988 as we began working together on the build of Pershing's new corporate headquarters in Jersey City. I truly loved working with him throughout my 22 years' career with Pershing. He was a true friend, always available to talk to about anything. I've also known his wife, Patricia, for just as long and she too is a remarkable woman, a good friend always, to which I extend my most heartfelt and sincerest condolences to her and to the entire Fitzgerald family. May God keep him close as he will certainly brighten up His day as Danny did with all of us who were fortunate enough to have known him.
