Well the verdict is in, after reading all the comments in here and in Facebook, those Pearly Gates must have been wide open when Skeeter arrived last Wednesday 5/31, automatic entry. I can only imagine the welcoming he received too, a deserving recognition bestowed upon him for the incredible inpact he had on so many people during his very short 64 years with us. I think we can all learn from his human character and carry those lessons forward. Lastly, while we all Mourn his loss, especially his family, I can't help but be happy for him, not only that he is finally at Peace but also that he left behind a legacy to be incredibly proud of. My sincere condolences to family. RIP Skeeter.

Heart broken to hear of Skeet's passing. He was one of a kind. He always had a great smile and a hilarious story. I grew up around the corner from him. Lifelong friend, and a genuine good guy. Always enjoyed seeing him at a North Stars function. He will be sorely missed. You have left a big hole in many hearts in Madison. My deepest sympathy to his family. RIP old friend. You are loved. Heart broken to have lost one of my closest friends. I’ve known Paul since he was a kid. He was best of friends with my younger brother. We all had a bond that was unbreakable. We were always kidding around and laughing about something. Paul was, without a doubt, the nicest guy anyone could ever have the pleasure to meet. I could go on forever, but i just want to send my deepest condolences to Mike, and the rest of his family. I will miss one of my best friends dearly. Will always be thing of you Paul.

The Mantones have been our 2nd family since I was 12-almost 57 years. Elinor was my second Mom and Skeeter my second Dad. Dear Paul, was my 5th brother.
