Carroll was my dear friend and a mentor for a long time. I lost touch then regained her friendship. I was inconsiderate of her wonderful family. Then I lost her again. So, I love her. I send my wishes and condolences to Alan, Billy and Beth. I just saw this. Carroll loved no one more than Bill, Beth, Alan and the cats! Sad.

Oh I am so saddened to hear of Carroll’s passing. Worked with her for many years at Coviellos one of those people you never forget. She was so kind and understanding. Many warm conversations at her home. I moved to Florida and kept saying I need to call Carroll. My heart is aching. May her family Billy and Beth along with her 3 grandchildren forever hold those fond memories of this special lady. Allan I am so Sorry you lost your soulmate. May Carol Rest In Peace. She was a loving caring person. She spent many a Christmas season at Coviello’s in Madison. My husband, Carmine night after night during the Christmas season tied bows, pine cones do Carol could May beautiful wreaths. Marie Toto RIP Carol

Mrs. Adkins was one of those special people in my life who always rooted for me on the playing field or in life. I will forever treasure the incredible scrapbook she prepared for me my senior year in HS and her loving support when I lost my son and parents. She was engaging, interesting and fun to be around. My deepest sympathies to Allan, her incredible life partner, Billy, Beth and your amazing kids. I can only imagine how much fun those weeks were down in LBI and hope those wonderful memories give you strength. Matt Monahan
