We send our deepest condolences to the Paolella Family in the loss of a gentle, kind, funny and humble man. The last time we saw Sal, was in Pittsburgh at our family reunion in 2005. (Lucy and John were there also.) We attended his beautiful mass and tribute virtually and as Msgr. Hundt stated, Sal was a love letter to everyone! May eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let your perpetual light shine upon him. Our sympathy to everyone.
Love, Jay & Donna (Tamburri) Kasmer

Dean and family, Drew, Lucy, Jeanne, Mary Ann, Madeline, Dominic, John and Liz,
We are so sad about the passing of Sal. He was a great man with a wonderful sense of humor. Remember the time he picked a date randomly for a reunion and we all made it happen. That was the best time with everyone in Pittsburgh! We will miss him terribly but will cherish our cousin memories forever! Our sincere sympathies to all of you.
Love,
Mary and Tony Solazzo

Heartfelt condolences to all of Sal's family and to all the friends who will miss him. We have so many wonderful memories of good times spent with this warm, loving, delightful, funny, kind, helpful, easy going, caring gentleman who had the greatest sense of humor and generosity of spirit! Family was so special to him and he certainly welcomed us into his "family" with open arms! I share photos here of the family man who loved a good "wine and dine, who had fun with lottery and casino fun, loved to laugh and tease kindly and loved to celebrate life and its milestones. It was a privilege to know him and to spend time with him and we are grateful for all the years he was with us. - Zola and Selwyn Shuman

Dean, Drew, and family, We were saddened to hear about the passing of your Dad, Grandfather, Brother. It was like we won the lottery when we moved next door to the Paolella family and Sal was a great reason why. He was a kind, caring, friendly person who would do anything for you and always made you feel like family. We had many enjoyable times over the years and Sal will always be a big part of so many happy memories. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time. Tom, Anna, John Cerutti and family

I will find you with a mug of coffee with Sambuca, in a glass of Toto wine or buckwheat pancakes at IHOP's. I will find you in car rides listening to Al Martino or Luau music. I will find you among the neon lights of a casino, when I hear pool balls breaking or cards shuffling. I will find you in recliners watching westerns or in quiet moments when you are sleeping. I will miss you always and love you forever. Until we meet again - Cha, Cha, Cha, Sal. Your FSIL Denise
