Gilbert “Gibby” E. Windsor III, 50, of Cambridge, MD, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 in NJ. He was born in Cambridge, MD on May 21, 1968, and was the son of Carol Frazier Bromwell and Gilbert E. Windsor Jr.
Funeral services in NJ will be held privately and are under the direction of the Madison Memorial Home. A memorial service for Gilbert will be held in his hometown of Cambridge, MD.
