Obituary of Marjorie Cutter
Marjorie Cutter, of Whippany, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 20, 2018 at the age of 80.
Marjorie was born and raised in Malden, MA before moving to New Jersey in 1955 where she attended and graduated from Chatham High School. She moved to Albany, NY for a time, and then to Ohio where she attended Kent State University. In 1977 Marjorie moved back to New Jersey and lived in Morristown for over 40 years, prior to moving to Whippany.
Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents, the late Stanley and Jeanette Cutter. She leaves behind her daughter Avianna Harries (Bill) of Ramona, CA; her sister Nancy Keegan of Seal Beach, CA; 2 grandchildren, Kristin and Kyle Harries; one niece, Deborah Keegan; and one nephew, James Keegan.
A memorial visitation to celebrate Marjorie’s life will be held from 6:00PM to 8:00PM on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at the Madison Memorial Home, 159 Main Street, Madison, with a memorial service led by Rev. Don Brown beginning at 7:00PM. Cremation will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, charitable contributions can be made in Marjorie’s memory to St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center, 575 Woodland Ave, Madison, NJ 07940.
