I just learned of Carmen's passing, I am so saddened, my heart goes out to the entire family.
My friendship with Carmen dates back to the early 80's, often hanging out with him at family events at Mrs. B's, or at "Merlin" shows.
Having been employed by the Borough of Madison's Zoning Department for many years, I've had the pleasure of working with Carmen on his many
"well done" home improvement projects here in town.
Rest in Peace Brother, Danny B.

To the family of Carmen Massaro
Please accept my sincere condolences. I have taken comfort knowing that God . . . will wipe all tears from their eyes, and there will be no more death, suffering, crying, or pain.”—Revelation 21:3, 4
The Bible, however, holds out a much different hope. As we have previously noted, the Scriptures indicate that it is possible to be reunited with your dead loved one in the near future, not in an unknown heaven but right here on earth under peaceful, righteous conditions. And at that time humans will have the prospect of enjoying perfect health, and they will never have to die again. ‘But surely that is wishful thinking!’ some may say words of encouragement please go to JW.org for words of encouragement
Sincerely,
Roberta

We were first introduced to Carmen and Mary from our best friends Diane and Vince Macri. I will always remember how he made us feel. Even though our age and lifestyle were so different he accepted us with open arms and made us feel so very much loved and welcomed in his company. Carmens quick witted humor always kept us laughing. Our latest memory of Carmen was having him to our home for Super Bowl Sunday 2018 . Knowing Carmens Great love for Italian food, we prepared a feast for him, a huge antipasto centerpiece . He was so amazed when he caught a glimpse of the food display. I know he had a wonderful time that night which will remain in our hearts and memories forever. Carmen you will be missed by all so very much . Love " THE BOYS " Christopher and Todd

I have known Carmen since I was fourteen years old.He was a man's man and one of the most honorable men I have ever met. I have observed him do the right thing even when it hurt. He was all you could ask for in a friend: loyal, intelligent, honest, kind, generous and possessed of a wonderful sense of humor.
When he built our home, thirty years ago, he made what is normally an aggravating experience a pleasure due to his knowledge, integrity and confidence.
Diane and I will never forget that last Super Bowl Sunday at "The Boy's."
Going out with Carmen and Mary was always an entertaining experience.
Mary's devotion to Carmen will always remain in our memories.
You will be sorely missed, my dear friend.

Such wonderful days with you walking around our house, full of ideas, and your personal touch is everywhere. Can't think of anyone I'd rather sit around the table having coffee with. I bet you still collect all those Dunkin Donuts sugar packets. You were one of a kind.

Carmen, I can't believe you're in heaven already. It feels like yesterday we were hanging out at my kitchen table, talking and talking (we both could talk) with you painting my tabletop black for no reason. You were such a kind and fun man and always down for anything, no matter how goofy. Like standing inside a bunch of 2 by 4's trying to pretend it was a shower so I'd get an idea how big the glass would be. You were always laughing, no matter how much your poor back hurt. Every time you said someone's name, you'd give it your own accent and we'd always imitate you. Like how you said "Marry Ooch!" for Mariucz. You were a softy but you always commanded respect and you were the glue for everyone. There are so many that will miss you. Including me, especially the occasional phone call just to say Hi. Nobody does that anymore. Dear Carmen, you worked so hard and may you now rest in peace. Love, Charlene and Patty
