Frank’s family: I'm so sorry for your loss. I went through a similar situation and I was very helped by the hope that I found in the Bible in John 5:28, which says, "Do not amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". Rest In Peace my Angel. I missed you even when you were still here. I always wished I could of spent every second of every day with you. I will think of you and all of the amazing memories, unconditional love and of course the laughter that you and Meme gave me. Everyone that knew you or met you had an instant bond. You were truly a wonderful man. Thank you for being so much more than grandparents to me. I will miss you and love you until we meet again one day. Love you Always, Jillian

Frank was a loyal shipmate and a true patriot to this great country. His faithful service to America and devotion to his fellow shipmates will forever be remembered and honored by all who served with him on the destroyer USS Hopewell (DD-681).
