Obituary of Natale "Nat" Condurso
Natale "Nat" Condurso, of Chatham, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, June 23, 2017. He was 66.
Born in Morristown, Nat was a life-long resident of Madison before moving to Chatham five years ago. He was the owner and operator of Nat's Deli in Maplewood for many years, before his retirement. Nat was a devoted and caring son who cared for his mother and father for many years.
Nat was a graduate of Madison High School. He then went on to attend Keystone Junior College, then Rider University, where he earned his bachelor's degree. Nat loved sports. He was a talented wrestler and football player in both high school and college, and more recently, an avid golfer. He was also a proud member of the Sons of the American Legion, Post #43, of Florham Park, where he held the office of commander for many years.
He is preceded in death by his beloved parents, the late Frank J. Condurso, Sr. and Dorothy Condurso (nee Langdon). He leaves behind his sister, Joyce Condurso Brown of Madison, and her husband Lewis; three nephews, Lewis, Bart, and Frank; one niece, Christina; and many good friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial visitation to celebrate Nat's life, being held on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 from 4:00PM to 8:00PM, with a memorial service to begin at 6:00PM, at the Madison Memorial Home, 159 Main Street, Madison. Interment will be held privately.
