Obituary of John A. Forte

John A. Forte, of Harding Township, formerly of Madison, died on Thursday April 2, 2015 at the Morristown Memorial Hospital, he was 49 years old. Mr. Forte was born in Morristown and lived in Madison before moving to Harding Township in 1988. John was a graduate of Madison High School.

He is survived by his beloved parents, John S. and Beverly (Banford) Forte, his loving maternal grandmother, Ruth Banford, his dear sister, Julianna Forte Scalley and her husband Sean, his devoted neice and nephew, Brianna and Jack, a dear uncle and aunt, Thomas Banford, Eleanor Forte McGill and her husband Steven Monk and several dear cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral Wednesday, April 8, at 9am from the Madison Memorial Home 159 Main St. Madison with a funeral mass at 10am at St. Vincent Martyr Church, Madison. Interment St. Vincents Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 pm. In lieu of flowers donations to The St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Johns memory would be appreciated.
