I remember as a kid how unbelievably kind Joe was to all of us kids in the family. He was a very special man. May he rest in peace. My deepest sympathy to all in his family.

The most fun I had was playing cards with Uncle Jr. and our family, in his eyes, we were all stupid, and slow! We were all dumb shit! He made me laugh all night long! Uncle Jr had the biggest heart, he would go out off his way for anyone. We love you Uncle Jr.

Dear Strelec Family~ hearing of your dad's passing, and reading his obituary, all of the kind, good man he was all came to focus. He truly was a devouted husband to your mom, a loving dad to all you kids, and a proud grandpa & great grandpa!
His smile was contageous, and his heart was full of love for all in his world.
One of the things, though many, that resignated with me...was his role of being a husband. Loretta was his heart and there was nothing he wouldn't do for her and with her.i can still see them in Shop-Rite, side by side, always smilig, always happy, making a simple grocery shop a weekly event of "togetherness". They were "role models" of what a marriage should be. Even, in the later years when illness came their way.
We could all learn from their example, and treasure love, life & family as he and your mom did.
Rest peacefully Joe...your legacy to love, will live on forever in Loretta's heart, and your familes lives.
