Dearest Giusippina You loved for me to call you with that name just as my mother did. I remember that beautiful day in July 1967 when you arrived in the USA... it feels like just yesterday. We have remained good friends through now. So many wonderful years! I remember our rides to Convent Station, trips to the grocery store, my English classes... so many memories etched in my heart. Thank you for those beautiful memories, thank you for your friendship, thank you for your inspiration,... thank you for sharing your love for God and teaching us the true meaning of humility... thank you for all you have done for all humankind. My heart is broken as are the hearts of all who have known you. I am so proud and privileged to have shared part of your life's journey. I will never forget you. Rest in eternal peace dearest Giuseppina. my love and prayers accompany you and continue always. My sincere sympathy to the Vocationist family, Sr. Josephine's family and to all whose lives she touched
