I didn't know of Marlene's passing until today and am heartbroken to have missed her services. Marlene and I met while working at Beneficial and formed a friendship that has lasted through the years. She had a heart of gold and would do anything for those she loved. Selfless and caring. I regret not seeing her more often, but we always tried to call each other and meet when we could. I will miss her terribly, but she will remain in my heart forever.
Rest easy my dear friend xoxo

I have a lot of happy memories of Marlene. I remember spending time at her childhood home, at CYO events, high school and seeing her after graduation when I visited Madison. We would meet for lunch and eat Italian food! She had a quiet, sweet spirit and it doesn’t surprise me to read all about her kindness and thoughtfulness to so many. I pray she rests in peace in God’s arms.

Marlene and I were good friends from St. Vincent's through Madison High. She loved my mom's spaghetti sauce and I loved her mom's cooking too. I remember her dad taking us to Shea Stadium for a Met's game and practicing our dance moves with Mrs. Papa's help.
I will remember Marlene very fondly as a good and caring person.

Marlene was a wonderful, lovely person. We met at Beneficial and became fast friends in 1986 We shared so many laughs, trips down the shore, and memories. She loved her family and spending time with Diane, her husband, her nephew, and friends.
My beautiful friend, rest in peace in the arms of angels. I will remember and miss you forever.
