Frank was a wonderful man, with all the best qualities that one could hope for. I will miss his welcoming smile, his integrity, his warmth, his patience and kindness, and all the great conversations that we shared over the years. My sincere condolences to his family and loved ones. His passing is a deep loss for all who were lucky enough to have known him.
