I knew Dana from CAS and although we didn't work with the same students, our rooms were located in the same area of the building and I got to know her from chatting with her in the hallways. Dana always arrived at school with a smile that would light up any room, and an energy that communicated that she was happy to be there. She was a kind and lovely person who enhanced many, many lives.
With deepest condolences,
Kelly Stern

Steve & Children,
I can’t begin to imagine the depth of what you and your family are facing right now. I know the last thing you need is another message, but I felt compelled to reach out and let you know how deeply sorry I am for Dana’s passing. My heart breaks for you, your children, her sisters, and everyone who loved her. Dana was your soulmate, and her love will always surround you and your family. I truly believe she is watching over you now, holding you close in ways we can’t yet understand. When I lost my mom and my brothers, some prayers were shared with me that brought comfort during the darkest moments. I’ve held onto them for years, and when the time feels right, I would be honored to share them with you and your children—or simply sit with you in prayer for Dana. Please know that you are not alone. So many people loved Dana and are holding you and your family in their hearts. I wish I could take away even a small piece of your pain or hold you close and give you strength. May the Lord welcome Dana into His arms and may her light guide you and your children in the days ahead. I pray you find moments of peace in knowing she will always be your guardian angel.
With love, always,
Dave Duffy & Family

We are filled with evergreen memories of the sound of her incomparably sweet voice -- an outward manifestation of her soul of light -- with a smile that caressed you with all of the peace and love the universe holds. It is a precious gift to have had the honour of spending any time with her.

Our sweet, beautiful Dana—you brought Caroline into my life in college, you married my best friend, and together we shared a lifetime of moments, raising our children and soaking up countless days on the beach. Your smile could light up any room, and your love for your family and friends wrapped everyone around you so effortlessly. Seeing your children grow into such remarkable young adults is the greatest testament to the love, warmth, and devotion you and Steven poured into them. My heart aches without you, my dear friend, until the day we meet again. Love you more, always.

Dana was a terrific friend and classmate. I have such fond memories of walking the halls at Ridge, laughing with her about silly high school things. She had a fantastic smile and a wonderful laugh that I will always remember.
Rest in peace. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
With sorrow,

Dana was a very kind, spiritual, loving and special person. She was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, daughter and aunt. She made my brother Stephen and his four wonderful children so very happy. She was also a wonderful sister-in-law. Dana will be greatly missed. Her smile, warmth and kindness is what we all should aspire to. She will always be in our hearts and minds and will never be forgotten.

Like many, my relationship with Dana started at CAS. She was an experienced and proud mom of four - and my oldest was entering CAS with her youngest. Throughout the years, we were friends and later co-workers at the very place where we met - CAS. Everyone loved Dana and will continued to be inspired by her gentle and kind spirit. Sending love to her family

Dana and I started working together November 2013 at CAS. I will never forget our first day and several years together as we had so many laughs. She always looked amazing and has the most beautiful smile. She was truly inspiring at everything she did (and we loved her huge delicious chocolate chip cookies). I will never forget her, especially her laugh and her positivity. My heart breaks for her family and all that knew her. Dana was such a genuine person and had a beautiful heart. God please take good care of her as she means so much to so many. I will miss you Dana. Love you. Donna Bassolino
