Jay's smile lit up a room. We always had kind words to say. Jay was gentle, kind, thoughtful, and optimistic. He was quiet, but everyone knew he was a man of faith. Jay will be missed.

Jheran was an incredible coworker, smart yet humble and always willing to help others. He took his job very seriously and made great contributions during his short tenure. He always had words of encouragement and loved to laugh and impart knowledge. He often spoke kindly of his mom, sometimes bringing oxtails and other good leftovers in for lunch. Looking upon his empty desk brings back fond memories. His presence is and will be missed by many coworkers in Maryland. May God rest his soul. #DREAMCHASING. That was a favorite saying of his.

I only worked with Jheran briefly but he made an impact in a sometimes stressful work environment. He always was kind and curious to all of us coworkers. As a fellow veteran, there is a special bond between those of us who serve and his presence will be missed. May he rest in peace.
