Obituary of Mary L. Graziano
Mary L. Graziano (née Buro) passed away peacefully on March 28, 2025 after a short illness. She was 98.
Mary was born to Battista and Mary Buro. She was raised in Bernardsville until she met the love of her life Joseph Graziano. They were married on February 1, 1948.
They started their life together in New Providence before moving to Madison where they raised their two sons. Mary moved to Cedar Knolls 20 years ago.
Mary worked for Chubb and Son for 25 years before retiring. Mary also worked for Drug Fair in Chatham Township before retiring 11 years ago.
Mary was an avid reader. She loved all kinds of books. She loved to crochet and spending time with family and friends. Mary was predeceased by her beloved husband Joe, her infant daughter, her parents, her two brothers Dominick and Alfred and her son Joseph.
Mary is survived by her son John (Teresa) Graziano, her five grandchildren, Diana (Mark) Sodano, Michael Graziano, Douglas (Diana) Graziano, John R. Graziano, Jr., Jesse, P. Graziano, and six great-grandchildren.
We would like to thank Cathy Guida and her group from Atlantic Visiting Nurses for the amazing care they gave Mary. We would also like the staff from palliative/hospice care at Morristown Medical Center for the amazing care they gave Mary.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a visitation for Mary on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Madison Memorial Home, 159 Main Street, Madison.
All may gather at the funeral home starting at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 3, 2025 prior to a funeral service beginning at 10:00 a.m. held at the funeral home.
Interment will follow at St. Vincent’s Cemetery, Madison.
