I am so very sad to hear of the passing of Betty. I worked with her and enjoyed many great conversations with her She was a wonderful lady with such a great sense of humor. She was a straight shooter and always told you like it was. That was my favorite thing about her. God bless you Betty. You will be missed.

I am saddened to hear Miss Betty’s passing. I had the pleasure of working with her at Kings Road School in Madison. She is very hilarious, and would bring me a cappuccino sometimes. May she perpetually rest in peace.

For more than 6 years we shared together in the Madison school district, more than a coworker you became a grandmother to me. As I told you in November 2024 before returning to my country... you are a strong, noble, responsible woman, dedicated in everything you did with the children. Thank you for always supporting me and for your advice; It hurts me a lot that you are no longer among us but your memory will always be in my heart. I loved you very much Miss Betty. I send my most sincere condolences to your family.

I had the pleasure of working with Miss Betty at Kings Road School. Every day when I would walk into the cafeteria she would say, "well look who decided to show up today!!!" with a sweet smile on her face and we would both laugh. When we had a few minutes in between lunch periods, she always spoke so highly of her children and grandchildren. I loved seeing her laugh and interact with the children all throughout her time at KRS. Miss Betty will be missed and I send my heartfelt condolences to her family.

Grandma's support and interest in my passion for reptiles (despite her not being the biggest fan of them, haha) was always so very much appreciated. It always made me so happy to see her doting on Elmer, our bearded dragon, and witness her curiosity when I'd show her pictures of the animals I take care of at the zoo. She particularly enjoyed seeing our Komodo dragon, Shu. I will be sure to leave some animal photos with you for you and grandpa to look at.

Those of us at KRS who saw Miss Betty everyday school day at lunch were sad to see her retire. Her passing has saddened me and I offer the deepest condolences to her family. She was a delight to have in lunch - patient and funny and caring. She will not be matched.
