Bill was truly a great man and a great friend. We were colleagues at Warner Lambert for 20 years, but friends ever after that. While we were at Warner Lambert, we both became interested in running. We trained hard and were able to run many races together including the NYC and Steamtown marathons. Bill came from humble beginnings in Korea, but set his goal of coming to the US and working hard to make a success of himself. He accomplished that goal remarkably. Everyone in our department referred to him affectionately as "Mr. Lee". We would cheer him on during his races calling out to him "Go Lee!" After Warner Lambert, we remained close friends. I enjoyed helping him understand our crazy tax laws, which quite honestly no one can understand. What will be my fondest and longest lasting memory was his caring and happy nature toward people. He was a great husband to Karen, but the true measure of him was his love of his children. He sacrificed much for them and they rewarded him with their success and wonderful nature. I know he was so proud of them. Bill will be missed by me and my wife Bonnie, and he will always be remembered in our hearts fondly.
