William T. Parks (Sept. 21, 1951 – Feb. 5, 2024) My dear big bro, you're going to be truly missed! I know you were tired and ready to enter into eternal rest. Please say hi to Mom and Dad for me and give my Kimmy a big hug from her Mommy. When you are all rested up and have gained your strength, we have to talk! REALLY, Thomas??? February 5?? Love you, Big Sis Pecola Scrivens

William Parks, my dear close friend has passed and I miss him every day. We used to speak to each other almost every day. I miss our long chats. I always tried to make him laugh, thought he was a little too serious, but when he did laugh, it just tickled my heart. We spoke off many and varied subjects but it was always great. I miss those hours we spent on the phone laughing. In the last few years we were unable to get together for a meal or just a visit, but I made sure that I visited him at least on the holidays. The last few weeks of his life, I tried to contact him but we only spoke once for a short while. He said he was too tired and wanted to get to bed. It was my last conversation with him and I wish I had made him stay on the phone longer…. I miss him, and our talks, I suspect I always will. Miss you friend
