Like you, we also feel the lack of Uncle Joe. We always had a wonderful time here in Austria when he and his family were visiting us at the house, where he was born. All the stories about his childhood, about his passion to work with wood, about his life in New York. But first of all was his family, Whenever we were talking at the phone, he told us how proud he was to have such a wonderful family.
We will miss you...

Uncle Joe you have contributed so much to the world you leave behind. There will never be another craftsman as passionate as you were. My memories remain of our time spent in the Bronx celebrating holidays! Your presence will be missed but never forgotten by your family and friends
I thoroughly enjoyed visiting with Joe in his later years. He was a very interesting and wonderful man. (He crafted and gifted a beautifully designed (and cleanable!) birdhouse to my family which we (and the birds) will enjoy for years to come.)
