Obituary of Brenda Braen

Brenda A. Braen passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at Morristown Memorial Hospital. She was 77. Brenda was raised in Montclair. After her marriage to the late Edwin C. Braen, she settled in Florham Park, eventually moving to Madison. Before her retirement, Brenda was employed for many years by Exxon and AT&T in Florham Park in their Security Dept. Brenda was a Communicant of St. Vincent Martyr RC Church and a very active volunteer at the Madison Senior Citizens Center. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, as well as her parents, John and Matilda Byrne(nee Fey). She leaves behind a son, Edwin C. Braen, III of Parsippany and his wife Maryanne; a daughter, Deborah DeRosa of Madison and her husband Peter, 5 grandchildren, Kenneth, Edwin, Thomas, Christopher, & Kyle. Funeral services are being held privately and are under the direction of the Madison Memorial Home.
